I'm delighted to launch my Personal and Athletic Development sessions, helping you develop as a Person, an Athlete and as a Mover. 

Did you know that 40% of what we do everyday is a habit, not a spontaneous action I'll give you an insight into the day-to-day habits to break personal bests and achieve your goals.

We will increase your awareness and  importance of our core abilities (strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, speed and balance) and perform exercises to drive improvement for any sport

These sessions can also cover the often neglected area of hitting a tennis ball whilst on the move, a key factor in transitioning from coaching sessions to performing on the match court.
