Re: Survey Results & a BIG THANKS 

Firstly, a big thank you to all those who took part. We had 80 responses representing the views of around 100 participants. This is a real success and demonstrates just how engaged the RATC tennis community is. As a result of this and the quality of the feedback, the committee now intends run regular biannual surveys to help inform decision making.

The overall picture was very positive which is great to see!  Full results are here, highlights listed below.

There was also lots of useful constructive feedback and areas to focus on.

As a result, the committee is already looking at proposals to improve COMMUNICATION in general and, the VISIBILITY and range of competitive tennis opportunities for beginners & intermediates. We also hope that further analysis will lead to more useful recommendations for improvement across the club.

Finally, congratulations to our lucky prize draw winner who is looking forward with eager anticipation to her lesson with Mihaly!
