Team tennis is back in full swing again! As befits Autumn, the weather has not always been our friend, but when the wind and rain has relented, there have been some solid results across the board. 

The mixed A team won its first match comfortably, the mixed B team drew their first match and the mixed C team have won one and lost one. 

The men's A team are off to a flyer, with two comfortable 3-1 victories so far. Great to see young Owen Martel reminding the more 'mature' members of the A team how to play attacking tennis! The men's B team have had one match so far which ended as a draw. 

The ladies team have been denied by the weather so far. 

One thing that has been clear, with some great battles out on court, is that describing these matches as 'friendlies' is slightly misleading! Everyone has been up for competitive tennis, albeit in a slightly more relaxed manner!
