The membership renewal date for Romsey & Abbey Tennis Club is 1st April 2018.
At last year's AGM the committee was empowered, by majority vote decision, to determine annual membership fees, providing any increases did not exceed 10% of the existing fee. In accordance with this resolution, for this year the committee has set a 3% increase in fees, e.g. Adult fee increases from £96 to £99.
The fee structure for the 2018-19 year is detailed below:-
- Adult £99
- Junior £17.50 (age 11 -17yrs on 1.2.18)
- Student £37 (18 or over on 1.2.18 in full time education or on low waged training/apprenticeship or similar)
- Associate adult £49.50 ( living/working most of year at least 25 miles from Romsey )
- Associate Student £17.50 ( studying full time at least 25 miles from Romsey )
- Social/ Non playing £8.75
- 1 adult family £116 (includes all children in household under 18 on 1.2.18 )
- 2 adult family £216 (ditto.)
- Child/Mini ( under 11yrs on 1.2.18) Free

The club's preferred payment methods are:-
- Cheque payable " Romsey& Abbey Tennis Club " sent to RATC. c/o 22 The Thicket . Romsey SO51 5SZ, or
- BACS transfer to our club account. (BACS details are in the Membership packages for 2018-19 on the Clubspark website).
If you are sending a cheque before 1.4.18 please date it 1.4.18, and whilst you can sign up for a 2018-19 membership package on the Clubspark website now, our treasurer would prefer BACS payments are deferred to 1.4.18 (this will in effect be on 3.4.18 the first banking day after the Easter weekend).
Whilst we recognise Direct Debit payments are convenient for members, the Go Cardless Direct Debit facility within Clubspark does incur a small charge to RATC that we do not pass on to members, hence our preference for BACS or cheque payments.
A membership renewal notice will be sent out from Clubspark on 30th March 2018 and payments should be made before the AGM on 21st April.
