About this course

Notes from the coach

This course is for juniors between the ages of 11 and 18 years old. Within the class the players will be split up based upon ability and then specific aspects will be worked on throughout the course. All coaching points will fit into a technical and tactical framework in order to help players to be able to hit the ball better and also to understand how to become more effective on the match court.
