What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Through Level 4 Head Coach Danny's instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead. Lessons cost £7.25 each as a club member or £8.25 as a non-member. If you join partway through the block, you will automatically only pay for the lessons left in the block.
