"The thing about tennis is if you stay off for two weeks, or just for three days, you can lose your rhythm quickly. So it's just a question of constant diligence and vigilance." -Venus Williams -
Another popular topic is how many times per week is it recommended to play to improve steadily?
From my perspective, and I am on court 6 days per week, I would definitely agree with the fact that being an active player will bring many benefits to your game.
I would recommend you to try to play tennis a minimum of twice per week if possible, so that you can allow your body to recover after a good tennis session.
Exercising on a regular basis will help you to improve your health both physically and mentally.
Exercising is an incredible energy booster which is why our team of coaches is always happy and full of energy!
Make sure you also have a healthy diet, hydrate properly and give yourself enough rest.
It would be good if you could mix your weekly tennis schedule.
You could benefit from two social drop-in sessions per week, group lessons, team practice, tennis drills, doubles coaching so that your tennis stay in top shape.
Best wishes.
