Adult Group Coaching
Adult group coaching is available for players of all abilities.
🎾 Beginner ; For players new to tennis, or who have only played a few times before and want to build on the basics of the game.
🎾 Improver ; For players who play a handful of times a year, or haven’t played for a while. They can hit the ball over the net and in the court for a short rally, but still make mistakes and may struggle sometimes when serving.
🎾 Intermediate ; For those who play or used to play fairly regularly. Can rally over the net comfortably with forehands and backhands, whilst controlling the direction and depth of the ball. Knows how to position themselves on the court and how to score.
🎾 Advanced ; For those who have played a lot of tennis over the years and can rally consistently and construct points. Can serve using spin & knows how to place the ball in the service box.
🎾 Cardio Tennis ; Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
