About this course

Notes from the coach

These sessions are in small groups and are designed to introduce some fundamental early years development skills in a fun environment. The sessions will introduce multiple skills including; balance, moving, sending and receiving skills and all the skills learnt here will help with a range of different sports not just tennis. Equipment is provided for each session.
