What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This session is designed to give the children a full and comprehensive basis of which to start their tennis journey. They will learn skills such as agility, balance, and coordination, while also learning the technique for all of the shots in tennis. This is an 12 week course, there will be no session on Sunday 28th Feb. Coaching will finishing on Sunday 10th April.
