What can you expect?
At the Yellow stage, children are now playing on a full size court with the balls the professionals use. Children will continue to explore different game styles and start to find their own. They will evolve through well-rounded motor skills development whilst improving their physical capacities. By this stage, children will be tennis fans for life!
Notes from the coach
This is a new class designed to give juniors a chance to compete. It will focus on singles, doubles and team competition and we will ensure that similar abilities play against each other. It should be a second class in the week as it is still important to learn technique and tactics to put into matchplay. This is a real opportunity to start the journey of competing in a comfortable environment with friends.
