At the club's recent AGM, Chair Elect Cat Knight (second from left) praised retiring Chair Sara Freakley for her outstanding service to the club over six years - including two years as Secretary and two as Chair. A vote of thanks was proposed which all members present warmly endorsed.

On behalf of the club the Committee presented Sara with a Certificate of Appreciation awarding her Honorary Life Membership.

Sara and husband Bob are moving out of the area - though not too far away, so we hope to see them back at the club during 2024, our Centenary Year.
