All are welcome at the club's popular coaching sessions on Saturdays. The adult group starts off proceedings at 1pm, followed by the minis (under 9's - pictured) at 2pm and finally juniors (9 and over) at 3pm. The cost is £5 for adults and £2 for children.

It doesn't matter whether you are a complete beginner, a rusty returner or an improver, Richard welcomes all comers and the session are great fun for all. Just turn up in suitable shoes with non-aggressive soles and join in.
