To secure next terms place you need to respond to / act on this email before the end of this term (16th December). I know January / next term is a little way away, but the festive season is one where we are all distracted hence the early email to ensure this is all handled in good time.

The details of the forthcoming term are:-
Term start date: Monday 8th January

Total weeks: 12

CHILDREN ON THE PROGRAMME WHO NEED TO CHANGE DAY / TIME OR WHO WANT MORE
Please let me know as soon as possible of all the alternative days / times they can come instead / as well. The more options you give me the more likely we can keep them on board or offer them additional slots.
NEW CHILDREN TO THE PROGRAMME
For those of you wanting to have your children start tennis with us, then please give as much of the following detail as possible. If you have provided these detail before and they haven't changed, then simply just reaffirm your continued interest.
- Days they can attend
- Times they can attend on those days

TERMS OF ENROLMENT WITHIN THE SHTC COACHING PROGRAMME
Fees for these are payable in advance for the duration of the term as outlined in the enrolment emails.
If a child is unable to attend SHTC for a lesson for whatever reason, there will be no refund, part refund or credit due. However, we are keen for the children to not miss out. At our discretion and if able we will encourage children to attend another class that week if suitable and there is space.
In the rare event a scheduled and paid for lesson is unable to be provided by the SHTC coaching team due to an unforeseen reason then a refund or credit for that lesson will be due.
These lessons are payable on the day at the end of each lesson unless by alternative arrangement.
Weather cancellations do not incur a fee, but any other cancellations or non attendance on the day incur the full lesson fee. Please give notice the day before at the least to avoid the charge.
Floodlights incur a cost of £4 an hour and this fee if incurred will be in addition to any other individual lesson cost.
All children attending classes at SHTC should endeavour to wear sporting / tennis attire. Whilst this isn’t always feasible we would ask you to adhere to this as much as possible.
Children MUST wear suitable sporting footwear. Under the age of 8 this can be good sports / training shoes preferably with a flat ‘herringbone’ sole. (Absolutely no astro turf football shoes or school shoes allowed.)
Over the age of 8 we would encourage you to have the children wear proper tennis shoes to ensure their own safety and comfort whilst training in a dynamic, multi directional sport.
Children may not be allowed to play in inappropriate footwear.
