Notes from the coach

This free session is for new or potential new members to meet on court one of our coaching team (and on some weeks a committee member) on a Saturday, between 10 – 11am. During the session you will be given the chance to play and openly discuss together where you are in terms of your tennis level. From this, we can then best advise you of the many opportunities open to you here at Southdown in regards to social tennis, group adult coaching, individual coaching, the club teams and competitive tennis.
