A functioning email address is manadatory:

Safety message updates or concerns need to reach members quickly as and when conditions change. The club will insist a working email conact is made available by all members. (For U18 this will be a parent/guardien conact). Our email system flags up whether emails have been sent, opened, bounced or blocked..

Members only:

Unlike pre-Covid years, members will no longer be allowed to bring non-member guests (family or friends) to play under their own membership terms. However, the club is instead offering 'flexible free open days' (see  'Guest Option'  below) for guests, family and friends. This is a change in our membership policy pre-covid but complies with our LTA insurance and landlods's (SWSSC) insurance.  Members found disrarding this change from our previous membership terms, risk being banned.  The club has instead been able to hold down the membership fees  for members. We hope that at under £1 or less per week, members will enjoy our fantastic membership deals.

Guest Option:

For people wanting to visit the club to play (including at club and coaching sessions) there is an option to join in and play THREE times with a committee member present (or coach at a coaching session) whist considering whether to join.

Responsible self-policing please:

Members themselves will need to ensure they are complying sensibly with safety advice. This advice will be kept up to date with a link on the home page of the club website for members to check.

Many, many thanks to those members who felt they could afford to pay a bit more membership and contributed by getting their other family members to join too. It was particularly brilliant to see those extra family members put in an on-court appearance!
