Covid-19 UPDATE - Restricted play Phase 2 from 19 June

Back to tennis - Phase 2! (updated 21st June 2020)

Following the Scottish Government's announcement on 18 June 2020, we are pleased to confirm that limited play can continued with SLIGHTLY relaxed restrictions from 19th June 2020. There are still severe restrictions and advance booking required!  More details are provided below.

We implement as closely as possible whatever guidance is issued by Tennis Scotland, who are in consultation with the Scottish Government and club leaders.

This infographic summarises the main rules that we have to follow.

(Phase 2 Changes are around the possibility to share balls and equipment (with extra attention to hygiene) and the beginning of small group coaching.)

More detail, constantly updated, is at https://www.lta.org.uk/about-us/tennis-news/news-and-opinion/general-news/2020/march/coronavirus-covid-19---latest-advice/ .  The key points for players are here. Sadly, normal group coaching, Summer Camps etc. are still out of reach, but 1-1 and small group coaching is permitted.
