Tennis in no time will take you from total beginner to tennis player in just eight weeks. TNT is our introductory tennis programme for adult tennis players who are new to tennis or returning to the game. You will learn the basic fundamentals whilst using “Green Balls” which are bigger & slower (25% slower than yellow balls.) Each 60-minute session will focus on stroke development, teaching players how to rally, court positioning and the rule of play. This is a fun social class that will have you meeting new friends and enjoying the game in a pressure free setting. No racquet no worries, we have you covered!
