Another fabulous ladies charity doubles event raising money for East Anglia Childrens Hospices

Yet another great Ladies Charity Doubles event. So pleased that Suffolk LTA can raise funds for EACH (East Anglia Childrens Hospices) and do it by having fun playing tennis. It's also such a great opportunity for players who don't meet through their regular club play to meet new players and enjoy new competition.
Congratulations to Margaret Brown and Heather Beaton from Stowmarket on winning the event and to runners up Gail Corcoran and Sarah Quinlan. Great play from both pairs throughout. Thank you so much to everyone who took part and made the event such a success. Ipswich Sports Club is a great venue for the event - good numbers of courts and great lunch. Big thank you to SLTA Chair Julia Waters for setting up and organising these regular charity events.
