What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
A 10 week course introducing children to the basics of the game. Sessions will be held outside initially moving inside as the weather/light permits. Small class sizes to ensure targeted individual support. THE FIRST SESSION ON THE 4TH OCTOBER IS A FREE TRIAL SO PLEASE CONTACT THE COACH JILL DIRECTLY TO RESERVE A PLACE.
