Safeguarding, Diversity & Inclusion

Teddington Lawn Tennis Club takes the protection of it's children and vulnerable adults very seriously and are committed to providing the best possible support and care in this area. To this end, the following training has been undertaken to date;

November 2019  - NTC's 'Time To Listen' - Level 2
- Completed by both Safeguarding & Welfare Officers.

October 2018 - NTC's 'Safeguarding & Protection In Tennis' - Level 1
- Completed by both Safeguarding & Welfare Officers.

These courses cover how to safeguard children and adults who are at risk by giving club officials the skills to enable them to recogonise, respond, refer and record any concerns within the tennis environment.

In co-ordinance with Lawn Tennis Association registration, TLTC adheres to making our  Safeguarding and Diversity Policies as visible as we can and we have notice board dedicated to this, prominantly displayed in our clubhouse.

The below policies are displayed and outline both instruction on how we safeguard our members as well as how all members are included.
