Notes from the coach
The Parent and Tots Tennis Session is for parents (or carers) with children aged 2.5-4 years. The sessions are an introduction to the skills for tennis and use modified, colourful equipment and balls to maintain the children's interest. We work on basic balance, coordination and movement exercises and parents are encouraged to join in. All equipment can be provided.
