Adult Coaching
Our adult courses are split in to four categories, so there is something for everyone;
Beginners/Improvers: For those with a little on court experience that want to improve their core skills. The courses will teach the fundamental skills you'll need to become a great player including technique, movement and coordination
Intermediates/Advanced: Aimed at those with the ability to participate in either a singles or doubles match. Sessions are designed to challenge both technically and tactically, whilst create an effective learning environment.
Cardio Tennis: Suitable for all levels and abilities. Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist
40+: This course is designed for those 50+ whether they are new to tennis or have played before
