What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Description

This course is for any girls looking to take up a new sport in a friendly environment ran by Karen. Please note on the 10th September we will be running a Girls Team Challenge Day with loads of fun and prizes to help inspire the next generation of golden girls
