About the course

This course is for kids aged 4 to 8.

Tennis for Kids is a starter course for kids, comprising of 6 high quality sessions, that introduce tennis to children in a fun and relaxed environment.

What you can expect?

  • An enthusiastic coach who has attended a specific Tennis for Kids training course
  • A Tennis for Kids racket, ball-set, and personalised T-Shirt delivered right to your door
  • An opportunity for parents to get involved
  • A follow-on offer to encourage you to keep playing at the venue after the course is complete.

Tennis for Kids - 8 & Under (Mini Tennis - Red Ball) Oxford Sports Tennis Squad on a Saturday for 1 hour from 11.00 to 12.00. The squad runs every Saturday from Saturday 27th April 2019 through to and including Saturday 8th June 2019 (6 sessions). (please note there is no squad during half term - Saturday 1st June) If you have any questions please get in touch at tennis@oxfordsportsltc.org.

Why are we doing this?

…to celebrate making history…

On 29th November 2015 the British Davis Cup Team wrote their names in history by winning the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas for the first time in 79 years. In achieving this incredible feat of becoming world champions, they presented everyone who loves tennis in Great Britain with a unique opportunity to make a difference and grow the game!

Growing the game means investing in the grass roots and this means kids. We’re passionate about helping as many kids as possible try tennis and the Tennis for Kids campaign is just one of the ways we’re doing this.
