Q: How do I find my upcoming bookings?
Once you've logged in to Clubspark, click the dropdown box by your name in the top right hand corner, then click 'Your Account', from here click the 'Your Bookings' tab on the left and all of your upcoming bookings will be displayed.
On the 'Booker' app, once you are logged in, you'll be able to choose between viewing Previous or Upcoming bookings on the top tabs.
Q: How do I book and access a court?
Step 2: Once you are logged in to ClubSpark, click on 'Lambeth Venues' on the top right of your screen to select the venue where you wish to play.
Step 3: Select ''Book a Court". Please note that slots for the following week become available at 8pm each day. Any slot that may be showing as available for the following week before 8pm is an error. Any charges will be automatically refunded and your court booking will not be valid. For example, if today is Wednesday, I can only book for next Wednesday after 8pm today.
Step 4: Select your playing time and click to book, you can extend your time on the drop down box as you wish.
Step 5: Complete your booking (and payment) and make a note of your PIN on the email confirmation (gates are not currently live)
Step 6: Enter the court at your time of booking (no sooner than 5 mins before), via the relevant gate and using the unique PIN on your email confirmation (gates are not currently live)
Step 7: Enjoy your game!
Q: I can no longer play/there is adverse weather, can I get a refund?
We have recently updated our cancellation and refund policy.
If you wish to cancel and receieve a refund for your booking due to a change in personal circumstances or the weather forecast, there is a 2 hour cancellation policy. It is the bookers responsibility to cancel their own booking to receive a refund, so please do check the weather forecast and cancel before this time if neccessary. If you cancel at least 2 hours before your booking slot you will receive an automatic refund which can take up to 5-10 days.

- Step 2: Log into ClubSpark (top right-hand corner)
- Step 3: Click on your name (top right-hand corner)
- Step 4: Click "My Profile"
- Step 5: Click "Manage Bookings"
- Step 6: Find the booking & click "Cancel"

Q: Can I change my booking?
Unfortunately this isn't possible with Clubspark, you will have to cancel and rebook manually. Please see the question above for refund details.
Q: Is there an app?
There is, but there are a few ongoing issues their developers are investigating. More info can be found on that below. You can also make bookings via the ClubSpark Booker App or LTA Rally App, which you can download from your App Store on both IOS and Android phones.
Please note - we have made Clubspark aware of an issue with the app where booking slots are appearing in advance of the 7 day booking period and 8pm new day availability time. If you do book one of these slots your booking will not be confirmed and it will appear that your card has been charged, this payment will drop from your pending balance within a couple of days.
Q: How do I access a gated court? (only Archbishops Park is currently live)
Each time you make a court booking you will receive a unique code on your booking confirmation. This code needs to be entered on the keypad at the gate. Only the number needs to be entered, no hashtags or asterix is necessary. This will grant you access no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking slot.
Q: I can't gain access/the gate will not open? (only Archbishops Park is live)
- Please double check your code, you only need to enter the 4 or 6 digits (there's no need to enter any other keys).
- If this still doesn't work, make sure you are within your alloted booking time. You can access the courts no sooner than 5 minutes before your slot
- If you still cannot gain access there may be an issue with the router that communicates between the booking system and the gate. If this is the case it is often not an immeditate fix so please contact [email protected] to arrange a refund.
Q: How many days in advance can I book?
Each site has an individual booking sheet that you can book up to 7 days in advance. Availability for the following week will come online at 8pm each day.
Q: How long can I book my slot for?
You can book one slot for up to 2 hours of tennis per day. This is to help ensure everyone has the opportunity to play as some of our floodlit sites in particular are very busy. We may review this in the future depending on availability at certain sites.
Q: Who can coach at the Lambeth tennis courts?
Please note that only Lambeth Council approved tennis coaches who hold a current ‘Lambeth Tennis Coaching License’ will be allowed to operate at our sites. Please visit our different sites for more information and contact details on coaching.
