Blackburn Northern’s Ladies 60s team has reached the final of this year’s LTA National League for the first time ever. 

Captained by Debbie Catlow, the team comprising Roberta Holtby, Aileen Hext, Michelle Watts and Suzan Lawson defeated Limpsfield (based in Surrey) 3-1 at home in The Ian Broughton Tennis Dome on 4th November. 

All the matches were closely fought and a high level of tennis was played by everyone. 

Blackburn Northern will play Winchester Racquets & Fitness in the final on their courts in Winchester on a date to be arranged before 5th December.  Good luck!
