Lancashire's Tom Baron was part of the Great Britain Men's Over 85's Team who competed this past week in the ITF Super Seniors World Championships in Croatia.

Tom (pictured second left) was part of Great Britain team who finished in third place in the round robin event in Umag. 

Following an opening day win over Sweden, Great Britain then lost to eventual champions USA on the second day.  Following a win over Australia, the GB team took on Germany on the final day to decide who finished in second place.  Germany were victorious 3-0 leaving Great Britain in a very credible third place and with the bronze medals.  Congratulations to Tom and all the other players.
