This weekend, St Andrews Tennis Club hosted the first weekend of the annual Moir Construction Grade 3 event.

It was U8, U9, U10 , U14 boys and girls singles and doubles, along with U18 boys and girls singles and doubles. It was a very action-packed weekend despite the cold and wet weather 266 matches were played.

Big thanks our referee, Vikki Paterson, and her team of helpers (Dave, Lawrence and Alan) for getting through all the matches in tough conditions.

Finally, a massive thank you to all the players who enter , the standard of tennis was very good and all matches were played in a great atmosphere.

Next week will be the start of the mens and ladies events, long with the U12 and U16 boys and girls singles and doubles.
