James Story will compete at Wimbledon in the boy’s singles & doubles having received a wildcard this week.

The 18 year old from South Wales competed in Junior Wimbledon last year, reaching the semi-finals of the boy’s doubles as well as qualifying and competing at the Australian Open Boy’s event in January. Last week James represented Great Britain against the USA at the Queen’s Club, London.

Wimbledon will be one of his last events in the UK, before moving to the US to study and continue his playing career at American University.

Commenting on his wildcard into the event, James said “It’s an exciting opportunity for me to play in the most famous tournament in the world. I can’t wait to get out there and show what I can do”.
