Notes from the coach
Tennis at HSC squads are tailored to our more advanced players. The sessions are longer to allow work on physical and agility attributes as well as the game of tennis. Our aim is to push these players to the next level so that they are able to go compete in LTA external events. This session is for HSC members only and is invite only.
