Notes from the coach
From ages 8-10yrs players will progress to rallying on a bigger court, using rackets from 23" to 25" and a ball that bounces 25% more than a red ball. The orange court uses the normal net but at a lowered height and the baseline and tramlines are brought inwards slightly. This ball colour has the closest rally tempo to the pro's.
