EASTLEIGH, UK – Residents of Eastleigh are being invited to dust off their rackets and head to the courts as Eastleigh Parks Tennis announces its upcoming Big Tennis Weekend. This community focused open day promises a festival of free tennis, designed to get people of all ages and abilities active and back on court.

As part of the nationwide LTA initiative, Eastleigh Parks Tennis is opening its gates to provide a completely free experience for the local community. Whether you are a total beginner who has never picked up a racket, a seasoned pro, or a "lapsed" player looking to rediscover your love for the game, the event offers something for everyone.

What’s on offer: The weekend is packed with a variety of sessions led by our expert coaching team, including:

Junior Taster Sessions: Fun, high-energy games to get the kids moving and learning the basics.

Adult Coaching & Drills: Professional tips to sharpen your serve or improve your backhand.

Free Play & Social Tennis: Book a court for a casual knockabout with friends or meet new hitting partners from the local area.

Equipment Provided: Don’t worry if you don’t own a racket; we provide all the kit you need—all you need to bring is a pair of trainers and some enthusiasm!
