As a result of the recent Government and subsequent LTA guidelines, we are able to reopen the club and return to similar playing conditions from 00:01am on the 2nd December,  whilst ensuring that we continue to adhere to Social distancing guidelines and venues follow COVID-19 Secure guidelines as before.

Social Play

Courts will be available for bookings for members and PAYG to book under the 'Social Play’ for singles and doubles but groups must not exceed 6.

Organised Group Activity

The following organised group activities are available to members.  Attendance will need to booked via Clubspark for each of the sessions.  Numbers need to be limited so booking is essential to allow us to meet our Track and Trace and can be accessed here:

1.  Robin's Saturday morning members session - this is a mix in doubles session from 10am -12noon for any standard.  Cost £3, balls provided, numbers limited to 20.
 

2. Tuesday Evening members clubnight - a mix in session running from 6.30 to 9pm (or later). Free, open to any members

3. Wednesday Members Club Morning - a mix in session for members of all abilities 09:30am to 12:30pm. Balls provided. No need to attend for whole session, we use a WhatsApp group to keep in touch if the weather is bad etc!

4.  Women's Practice/coaching session - Monday evening's from 6pm.  For members who play in teams or aspire to do so.  Some emphasis on drills and practice as well as match play.  (Coaching with Mark 8pm to 9pm on 1st Monday of each month at extra cost.)

To book any of these club members sessions you need to go to Thame Tennis Club website,  sign in using your membership login, then go to COACHING and then select the session you require.  There is no cost (except £3 for Robin's Saturday morning session).

Competitions

The Interclub competitions that operate in Oxfordshire and Aylesbury are also able to continue.

The club singles ladder can recommence playing their matches

Coaching

Mark will be issuing a separate communication to cover off the coaching but thankfully this can continue for both One on One and a Group capacity in our Tier 2 world! Starting on Thursday 3rd through to Saturday 19th December.
