What can you expect?
At the Orange stage, children learn the rules & scoring to play the game from serve & return. Coaches will support children to grow their motor skills (orientation, hand-eye coordination, running & moving) to play in a dynamic environment. At the Orange stage children will increase proficiency, problem-solving skills & learn sportsmanship.
Notes from the coach
For tennis players aged for 7 - 9 years olds. Here, we’ll help kids improve their balance, agility & co-ordination while teaching them about the sport we love. At this stage it’s not about winning & losing, it’s just getting to grips with the technique! Every Saturday for the next six weeks running from 11:00am - 12:00pm on the outdoor tennis courts. These sessions are run by enthusiastic LTA qualified coaches who are experience in working with children, enabling them to be introduced to tennis through a relaxed and fun environment. PLEASE NOTE BY SIGNING UP TO THIS COURSE YOU ARE COMMITTING TO ALL THE DATES LISTED BELOW. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANNOT MAKE A SESSION.
