What can you expect?
At the Orange stage, children learn the rules & scoring to play the game from serve & return. Coaches will support children to grow their motor skills (orientation, hand-eye coordination, running & moving) to play in a dynamic environment. At the Orange stage children will increase proficiency, problem-solving skills & learn sportsmanship.
Notes from the coach
Children aged for 8-10 years olds. At this stage it’s not about winning & losing, it’s just getting to grips with the new movement and technique to build up knowledge and confidence of basic shots! These sessions are run by enthusiastic LTA qualified, accredited coaches who are experienced in working with children, enabling them to be introduced to tennis through a relaxed and fun environment. PLEASE NOTE BY SIGNING UP TO THIS COURSE YOU ARE COMMITTING TO ALL THE DATES LISTED BELOW. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CANNOT MAKE A SESSION.
