What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
Red tennis is for younger players starting tennis and played on a smaller court with slightly bigger balls. The sessions still focus on The sessions still focus on technique whilst using the LTA games based approach, but are also about having fun.
