Adult Intermediate Coaching and Matchplay is ideal for players with some tennis experience who want to keep improving their game. These sessions focus on developing technique, building confidence and strengthening tactical awareness. Through a mix of engaging drills, coached games and matchplay, you will refine key shots, improve consistency and practise effective strategies in real game situations. The atmosphere is friendly and sociable, making it a great way to progress your tennis while meeting other players.

All equipment is provided; just wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring a drink of water.
