Easter camp 2021

Well done to all who attended the Easter camps over half term ! It was a record breaking camp becoming the most popular we have ever run, with many familiar faces and some new ones too. Our busiest day saw 44 participates taking part in games such as cross the river, hockey, Swedish handball, dodgeball and of course tennis. Due to the to LTA guidelines we run the camp in a slightly different format of a station system which was received well by all the kids, and help ensured the safety of everyone who attended while still having fun back on court.

 It was great to see everyone back on court having fun again, including the coaches who had definitely been missing being on court. The camp started off with perfect weather for the return to tennis but as expected by the second week the weather was less on our side, we even saw a flurry or two of snow, but this didn't phase us as everyone was just excited to be back on court.
