Thistle Men - Scottish Cup Runners-up to Newlands on 28th August 2021 - Thistle men went down in a fighting display 5-3 to Newlands in the Scottish Cup Final held at Newlands. The Newlands team comprised mostly of the Stirling University squad with Thistle losing the decisive match closely on a champions tiebreak and had oppotunities in earlier matches holding 2 match points in the 3v3 tie which was also lost on a champions tiebreak.
