Notes from the coach
A parent and child session for 2 and 3 year olds. The session will take place indoors on a squash court and will be a mixture of exercises and games to develop co-ordination and ball skills. A variety of equipment will be used and is all provided. The course will be taken by a member of the qualified coaching team and will run for a block of 6 weeks . Parents will be required to join in with the session so are kindly asked to wear a clean pair of trainers
