Catching up on last week's matches: In the Hants and IOW there was an incredibly close and rare victory for the Men's A against Winchester A. It took three 10 point tie break wins for Thornden to take the match 6-2. The same team went to Maidenhead the following day in the regional NCL making it 2 out of 2 with another close 8-4 victory. Our C and D men carried on the winning form with wins against  Romsey and Colden Common. Capping it off, Ladies A beat title holders East Dorset on countback after a  2 all finish. 

Men's vets B won on countback v D Lloyd Nursling thanks to an extra set being won by Kevin and Steve.

This week Apsley B (photo)  played Riverside B and managed a draw . Men's NCL both lost 2-4 but matches were close and well fought in the heat.
