Saturday 11th found our young Apsley A team at Totton and Eling Club. Mats wasn't meant to be playing as he had stitches in his back but  he ended up playing  at 4 as we couldn't get a last minute replacement. . The sun reflects very brightly off the Totton courts but so did our youth so we managed an 8-0 win -played in good spirits and watched over by the league secretary.  One more match to go this season - we're presently sitting in 2nd place in the Premier League . Representing Thornden were : Alex B, Milan, Joseph, Mats, Summer, Magda , Anna and Frankie. Almost as brilliant was the match in New York on Saturday evening- pretty mind blowing .
