The Leader of the East Northants Council, Mr Steven North (pictured her on the left), accompanied by the Chair, Helen Howell and Valerie Carter (Thrapston Town Council) on the right, visited the Club on Tuesday 13th October and were shown around by the Club Chairman, Jim Arkell (3rd from left). They were at the Club to see the work that had been commissioned following the generous award of £10,000 from the Communities Facilities Fund. The Club can now boast of having replacement bulbs for court lighting, new paving slabs to replace shattered ones and new decking on the veranda.
