Notes from the coach
This class is aimed at children aged 8 - 12 years and works to develop their core tennis skills including stroke technique, movement and footwork patterns as well as introducing the tactics and strategies for playing tennis matches. The sessions incorporate exercises, drills and games play to ensure an enjoyable learning experience.
