Notes from the coach
This class is aimed at girls aged 12 - 18 years and works to continue the development of the core tennis skills including stroke technique, movement and footwork patterns and continue to develop the tactics and strategies for matchplay. The sessions incorporate exercises, drills, games and matchplay to ensure an enjoyable learning experience.
