What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
Mini courts but mighty rallies. At this stage you’ll start to see more of the tennis you know and love. We’ll further develop their agility, balance, coordination and speed. Begin the introduction of over arm serves, rallies, volleys and start to play some friendly matches.
