Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. The Cardio Balls equalize the playing field and enhance the workout. Cardio Tennis does not require tennis skills, but will improve your game whilst keeping your heart rate up. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit and have fun. Most 45-60 minute class; Burn 500/600 calories an hour;
