Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. You don t to have played tennis before and you don’t need your own racket as you can borrow one from the club. Just good sports shoes/trainers, appropriate sports clothing (would suggest layers in the colder months), drinks bottle and a good sense of humour.
