Pickleball is the ultimate family friendly sport. Invented in America in the mid-1960s, by a group of dads looking for a fun new game to play with their kids, it quickly gained popularity as a low-impact sport the whole family could play together. Pickleball is fun, social and friendly. It combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Over November and December, Torrance Tennis Club will be hosting free "Come and Try" Pickleball sessions for families at the Caldwell Halls. Come along, bring the kids and learn a new sport together.
